"Second visit here in a space of 1 week. First week we have the curry mutton which reminded me of the weddings we used to go to back in the day when the mutton was served on paper plates! Well cooked and flavoursome. Last Saturday we ordered the oxtail. Again we'll cooked full of flavour and served with calaloo. Unlike other Caribbean takeaways that normally serve with cabbage and that's if they even if they have it on the menu. This is definitely my new go to place. Highly recommended"

"So it’s Jamaican food at its best! Curry Mutton rice n peas ox tail with green veg and fried dumpling. My only complaint is they always run out of oxtail and it’s to die for. I’ve never got it home yet - end up with a steering wheel covered in gravy. Brown chicken, juice n dumpling. Acker n salt fish, spinners, Jerk chicken, sorry I’ve tasted a fair few dishes. It’s priced for dinner and the food is all good. I’ve tried most of the dishes. I’m from London and been eating this home cooked food- man and boy— the food is up there with the best I have been lucky enough to eat. Beware the bones are cooked for chewing and it can be messy or maybe that’s just me. Sitting in ok as well, but that OX-Tail is a private matter"

"Been coming here from well over 15+ years now.. not sure exactly when but the food always on point Usually go for the curry chicken or brown stew chicken Good portion size and good amount of meat too... where as u go other caribbean takeaways they basically rip you off and just give you loads of rice and a lil bit of meat. Nice to see the owner recently done up the shop and it looks cleaner than ever"
